Stimag Weighing Systems

From Stimag B.V., a Dutch company specialized in weighing equipment, we import the unique forklift weighing system (known as STL-V), the stationary pallet scale (STU) and the stationary beam scale (STB).

The STL-V forklift weighing system provides you with the ability to weigh your goods on the spot. You do not have to drive up to a floor scale, but are able to read the actual weight of your load immediately on your display, which not only saves you time, but also reduces the risk of damaging the goods during transport. This system is not only designed to keep track of the weight of incoming and outgoing goods, but also of the quality and the quantity of your products.

The STL-V-basic system is suitable for almost every type of forklift with Class II or Class III carriage with a capacity up to 7700 lbs. And with a weight of only 165 lbs per fork and a thickness of 2 3/8" it will not limit the capacity of your forklift. It has a high accuracy rating of 0.1% and a readability of 1 kg (up to 2.5 tons). The 20 mm LCD display with back light is easy to read and has 4 push buttons to control the whole weighing process.

In addition to the STL-V-basic system, which is only available with a spiral cable between both forks, there is the STL-V system. This system is available with wireless transmission between the forks or equipped with a spiral cable and suitable for Class II or Class III carriage with a capacity up to 9900 lbs. The forks weight 176 lbs each and are also 2 3/8" thick which will not affect the capacity of your forklift. The accuracy rating and readability is the same as that from the STL-V basic system and the easy to read 15 mm backlit display has 7 push buttons.

STU

The stationary pallet scales from Stimag either come in U-shape (STU) or consist of two beams (STB). They are of very solid construction and designed to not only weigh the so called Euro pallet (800 mm/31.25" wide), but also pallets that are 1000 mm (39") wide. The standard dimensions of the U-shaped scales are 1030 x 1200 mm (40.2" x 46.9"), but  800 x 1200 mm (31.25" x 46.9") or1030 x 1600 mm ( 40.2" x  62.5") scales for big boxes are also available. The beams are standard  1200 mm (46.9") long and 100 mm (3.9") wide. The low height of  75 mm (2.9") makes it also possible for use with hand or electric pallet trucks.

Capacity of both weighing systems is up to 4400 lbs.
The weight of the scales itself varies from 77 to 99 lbs which makes it easy to relocate or to take along and no special floor requirements are needed for an accurate reading unless the pallet scale is horizontal.

STB

The bright yellow colour makes sure that the scale is clearly visible and every scale is equipped with four electronic load cells which are fully protected against dust and moisture. The indicator has a clear LCD display with a 6 touchtone keypad and is available with a tripod.
